هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول التنظيم الإداري كمفهوم وما يبنى عليه من الأسس النظرية والأطر التنظيمية لإدارة شؤون الطلاب والوقوف على أبرز نماذج التنظيم الإداري لإدارة شؤون الطلاب بغية الخروج منها بنموذج فعال يمكن تطبيقه والإستفادة منه في الجامعات خاصة إدارة شؤون الطلاب، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهدافها وتوصلت إلى خلاصة نتج عنها التأكيد على أهمية التنظيم الإداري وتبني النموذج المناسب في إدارة شؤون الطلاب لما له من دور فعال في تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة والتي تتمحور حول مساندة الطلاب ودعم مسيرتهم الاكاديمية. The study aimed at addressing the administrative organization as a concept and the theoretical foundations and organizational frameworks based on this concept for the management of students’ affairs. The study also aimed to identify the most prominent models of the administrative organization for the administration of students’ affairs in order to reach an effective model that can be applied and used in universities, especially the administration of students’ affairs. The study used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve its objectives and reached a conclusion that resulted in the emphasis on the importance of administrative organization and the adoption of the appropriate model in the management of students that has an effective role in achieving the goals set, which focuses on supporting students and support their academic career.
