هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الفجوة التمويلية في الإنفاق على التعليم قبل الجامعي المصري من خلال تحليل موازنة المواطن لعدد من السنوات، ويعتمد البحث في معالجته وصولا لأهدافه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل وتفسير الوضع الراهن لما خصص للإنفاق على التعليم قبل الجامعي في موازنة المواطن لعدد من السنوات، وانتهى البحث إلى طرح عدد من البدائل المقترحة لمواجهة فجوة الإنفاق على التعليم قبل الجامعي المصري، البديل الأول: رفع كفاءة الإنفاق على التعليم قبل الجامعي، والبديل الثاني: تدبير موارد مالية إضافية جديدة. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the financing gap in spending on pre-university education in Egypt by analyzing the home budget for a number of years. The research relies on its treatment in order to reach its goals on the descriptive analytical approach to describe, analyze and explain the current situation of what is allocated for spending on pre-university education in the citizen's budget. For a number of years, the research ended with a number of proposed alternatives to address the spending gap on Egyptian pre-university education, the first alternative: raising the sufficiency of spending on pre-university education, and the second alternative: the provision of new additional financial resources.
