(الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the financing gap in spending on pre-university education in Egypt by analyzing the home budget for a number of years. The research relies on its treatment in order to reach its goals on the descriptive analytical approach to describe, analyze and explain the current situation of what is allocated for spending on pre-university education in the citizen's budget. For a number of years, the research ended with a number of proposed alternatives to address the spending gap on Egyptian pre-university education, the first alternative: raising the sufficiency of spending on pre-university education, and the second alternative: the provision of new additional financial resources.
