هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ملامح تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في كل من إنجلترا وبلجيكا، وأهم القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه، وإجراء دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين الدولتين في هذا المجال، واستخلاص بعض التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية التي قد تسهم في تفعيل وتطوير تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي المصرية. تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة الكشف عن ملامح تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في إنجلترا وبلجيكا، والقوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيها من أجل وضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية التي قد تسهم في تطوير تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي المصرية في ضوء خبرتي الدولتين، ويما يتناسب مع ظروف المجتمع المصري. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، الذي يعد أنسب المناهج وأكثرها ملاءمة لمثل هذه الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: 1) توجد في بلجيكا استراتيجية وطنية محددة لتعليم ريادة الأعمال في المجتمعات الثلاثة. أما في إنجلترا، فلم تعتمد الحكومة استراتيجية وطنية لدعم تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي. وبدلا من ذلك، كان التركيز على المبادرات الأصغر التي تغطي المدارس الثانوية والابتدائية. 2) تتشابه أهداف استراتيجية تعليم ريادة الأعمال في بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي البلجيكية مع أهداف خطط ومشروعات تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في إنجلترا. 3) تتشابه الدولتان في وجود مجموعة من السياسات والإجراءات الداعمة لخطط ومشروعات تعليم ريادة الأعمال في المداس الابتدائية والثانوية. 4) تتشابه الدولتان في وجود العديد من المبادرات ذات الصلة بتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط ومشروعات تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في الدولتين. 5) تتشابه الدولتان في اهتمامهما بإعداد وتدريب المعلمين بشكل عام، وبتوفير العديد من البرامج والمشروعات والأنشطة الخاصة بإعدادهم وتدريبهم قبل وأثناء الخدمة. 6) تختلف الدولتان في مسمى (تعليم ريادة الأعمال) بمدارسها ومؤسساتها التعليمية، ففي الوقت الذي يعرف هذا النوع من التعليم في بلجيكا باسم: تعليم ريادة الأعمال، يوجد في إنجلترا شكل آخر من التعليم وثيق الصلة به، هو تعليم المشروعات المؤسسية. وفي ضوء خبرات كل من إنجلترا وبلجيكا في مجال تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي، تمكن الباحث من صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية التي قد تفيد في تفعيل وتطوير تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي المصرية. The study aimed to reveal the features of entrepreneurship education in pre-university education institutions in England and Belgium, the most important cultural forces and factors affecting it, conduct a comparative analytical study between the two countries in this field, and extract some recommendations and procedural proposals that may contribute to the activation and development of entrepreneurship education in Egyptian pre-university education institutions. The problem of the study was determined in an attempt to reveal the features of entrepreneurship education in pre-university education institutions in England and Belgium, and the cultural forces and factors affecting it in order to set of recommendations and procedural proposals that may contribute to the development of entrepreneurship education in Egyptian pre-university education institutions in the light of the experiences of the two countries. and in accordance with the conditions of Egyptian society. The study used the comparative method, which is the most appropriate and appropriate method for such a study. It reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) Belgium has a specific national strategy for Entrepreneurship Education in the three societies. In England, the government has not adopted a national strategy to support Entrepreneurship Education in pre-university education institutions. Instead, the focus has been on smaller initiatives covering secondary and primary schools. 2) The objectives of the strategy of Entrepreneurship Education in Belgian pre-university education institutions are similar to the objectives of plans and projects for Entrepreneurship Education in England pre-university education institutions. 3) The two countries are similar in the presence of a set of policies and procedures that support entrepreneurship education plans and projects in primary and secondary schools. 4) The two countries are similar in that there are many initiatives related to the implementation of strategies, plans and projects for Entrepreneurship Education in pre-university education institutions in the two countries. 5) The two countries are similar in their interest in training and preparing teachers in general, and providing many programs, projects and activities to prepare and train them before and during service. 6) The two countries differ in the name (Entrepreneurship Education) in their schools and educational institutions. While this type of education is known in Belgium as: Entrepreneurship Education, in England there is another form of education closely related to it, which is Enterprise Education. In light of the experiences of both England and Belgium pre-university education institutions in the field of Entrepreneurship Education, the researcher was able to formulate a set of recommendations and procedural proposals that might be useful in developing Entrepreneurship Education in Egyptian pre-university education institutions.
