هدف البحث إلى بناء تصور مقترح للتوأمة المهنية بين كلية التربية بجامعة الطائف وإدارة التعليم بالطائف لتطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته في تحقيق أهدافه، وكانت أهم نتائج البحث: بناء تصور مقترح للتوأمة المهنية بين كلية التربية وإدارة التعليم بمدينة الطائف، يتضمن أهداف ومنطلقات التصور ومتطلباته. من أبرز توصيات البحث: 1) تبني التصور المقترح للتوأمة المهنية بين كلية التربية وإدارة التعليم بمدينة الطائف استكمالا لمشروع التكامل بينهما. 2) عقد ورش عمل حول كفايات ومهام ومسؤوليات القائد المدرسي. 3) تبني برامج التوأمة المهنية الإلكترونية من خلال الاستفادة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. 4) عقد اتفاقيات توأمة مهنية بين إدارة التعليم بالطائف وإدارات تعليم وجامعات أخرى بمنطقة مكة المكرمة كجامعة أم القرى، وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجدة. The research aims to build a proposed conception of professional twinning between the Faculty of Education at Taif University and the Education Administration in Taif to develop the performance of school leaders. The study utilized the descriptive analytical method for its suitability in achieving its objectives, and the study reached tangible results, namely: Building a proposed vision for professional twinning between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty Education Administration in the city of Taif, which includes the goals and premises of the vision and its requirements. Among the most important recommendations of the research: Adopting the proposed concept of professional twinning between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Education Administration in the city of Taif, as a continuation of the integration project between them. Holding workshops on the competencies, tasks, and responsibilities of the school leader. Making professional twinning agreements between the Department of Education in Taif and other education departments and universities in the Makkah region, such as Umm Al-Qura University and King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
