The study aimed to identify the requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in teaching computer course at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of faculty members, and to reveal differences between the averages of the study sample regarding the requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications according to some variables. The study used the descriptive approach, The sample consisted of (35) faculty members, to whom a questionnaire consisting of (42) statements distributed along six axes was administered. The results concluded that the requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in teaching computer course as a whole came to a large degree, in the first order came requirements for educational activities, followed by requirements for teaching strategies, then requirements for curriculum, then requirements for educational evaluation, in the penultimate order came requirements specific to faculty members, all of which were high degree, and finally requirements for educational techniques and learning resources with moderate degree. The results also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample regarding special requirements for educational techniques and learning resources, and special requirements for faculty members due to gender variable, and there were differences regarding the rest of the requirements in favor of males, and there were no differences regarding special requirements for teaching strategies, and special requirements, and educational activities, and special requirements for educational evaluation attributed due to job title, There were differences regarding requirements for educational techniques and learning resources, requirements for faculty members, and requirements for curriculum in favor of an assistant professor.
