هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق متطلبات التعليم الريادي بجامعة الوادي الجديد في ضوء خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (20) عبارة تندرج تحت أربعة محاور 1) نشر ثقافة التعليم الريادي الجامعي، 2) قيادة وحوكمة التعليم الريادي الجامعي، 3) الموارد البشرية للتعليم الريادي الجامعي، 4) البيئة التنظيمية للتعليم الريادي الجامعي، وطبقت على (710) فردا من قيادات جامعية، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وبعض طلاب جامعة الوادي الجديد، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كونه الأكثر ملاءمة لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1) التعليم الجامعي مصدر توفير العنصر البشري القادر على إحداث نهضة اقتصادية والتغلب على مشكلات المجتمع. 2) يمكن الاستفادة من تجارب ريادة الأعمال بالدول المتقدمة باعتبارها مركزا رائدا في التعليم الجامعي من خلال استخلاص الآليات والاستراتيجيات المتبعة في النهوض بالتعليم الريادي الجامعي. The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of entrepreneurial education at the University of the New Valley, and to develop a proposed vision for the application of entrepreneurial education at the University of the New Valley in the light of the experiences of some countries. University leadership and governance of university entrepreneurial education, university entrepreneurial education programs, university entrepreneurial education strategies, human resources for university entrepreneurial education, financial resources for university entrepreneurial education, organizational environment for university entrepreneurial education. Teaching and some students of New Valley University, and the study used the descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate to the nature of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1- The university system is an integral part of the education system, which in turn is concerned with the economic aspects of the country and aims to provide the human element capable of bringing about an economic renaissance and overcoming the problems of society. 2-Benefiting from the experiences in the entrepreneurial environment in the previous countries as a leading center in university education, and extracting the mechanisms and strategies used to advance university entrepreneurial education.
