هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي ومعلمات تعليم محافظة المهد، وبيان الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في واقع البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي ومعلمات تعليم محافظ المهد والتي تعزى لمتغيري (سنوات الخبرة، ساعات التدريب). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكونت العينة من (1801) معلما ومعلمة، وتمثلت في (317) معلما ومعلمة. تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. أسفرت النتائج عن: 1) درجة موافقة المعلمين والمعلمات في تعليم محافظة المهد على واقع البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لهم، والتي جاءت بدرجة عالية بشكل عام من وجهة نظرهم. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05)، في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغير ساعات التدريب لصالح أفراد الدراسة الذين حصلوا على 50 ساعة تدريبية إلى 100 ساعة تدريبية. The study aimed to reveal the reality of the training programs provided to the teachers of cradle governorate education, and to show the statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the reality of the training programs provided to the teachers of cradle governorate education, which are attributed to the variables (years of experience, hours of training). The survey descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of (1801) male and female teachers, and the participating study sample consisted of (317) male and female teachers, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data. The results of the study resulted in the degree of approval of male and female teachers in the education of Al-Mahd Governorate on the reality of the training programs provided to them, which came to a high degree in general from their point of view. The responses of the study sample according to the variable years of experience, and there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample, according to the variable hours of training in favor of the study members who received 50 to 100 training hours.
