يهدف البحث إلى تعرف طبيعة العلاقة بين التنمر الوظيفي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة من العاملين في جامعة دمشق، وتكونت عينة البحث من 500 عامل وعاملة، بواقع 235 موظفة و265 موظفا، وجاءت النتائج كما يلي: 1) وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التنمر الوظيفي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى أفراد عينة البحث. 2) وعدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق دالة احصائيا في درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس التنمر الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والفرق لصالح أفراد العينة من الذكور، وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس التنمر الوظيفي ومقياس قلق المستقبل المهني. This research aims to identify the relationship between workplace bullying and anxiety about professional among a sample of Damascus university employees. The sample consists of 500 employees, (235) females and (265) males.The results came as follows: 1) there is a significant statically relation between workplace bullying and anxiety about professional among the sample. 2) There are no significant statically differences in the scores of the sample at anxiety about professional future questionnaire according to the gender variable. There are significant statically differences in the scores of the sample at questionnaire according to the gender variable, workplace, bullying. To investigate the hypotheses the researcher used workplace bullying questionnaire and anxiety about professional future questionnaire. (Published abstract)
