هدف هذا البحث إلى فحص أثر تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة لأبعاد القيادة التفاعلية في تحقيق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة فيها، في ضوء متغيرات: (جنس المعلم، والمؤهل العلمي للمعلم، وسنوات خبرة المعلم، والمديرية). وقد إتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحثان بتصميم إستبانتين: 1) القيادة التفاعلية. 2) ومعايير المنظمة المتعلمة. وطبقت الإستبانتان على عينة مقدارها (308) معلما ومعلمة، منهم (145) ذكورا و(163) إناثا في العام الدراسي 2019/2020م. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن تطبيق مديري المدارس لأبعاد القيادة التفاعلية في المستوى المتوسط. فيما كان تحقق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة في المستوى الكبير. كما تبين وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة وقوية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التفاعلية ومستوى تحقق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة. وأن ممارسة كل أبعاد القيادة التفاعلية تؤثر في مستوى تحقق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية. وقد أوصى البحث باتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتنمية المهارات المهنية الإبداعية للقيادة التفاعلية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة غزة. وكذلك تنمية معايير المنظمة المتعلمة لديهم: البراعة الشخصية، والنماذج الذهنية. This study aimed to examine the impact of the application of secondary school directors in Gaza Governorate to the dimensions of interactive leadership in achieving the standards of the learning organization. points of view due to variables: (the gender, qualification, the years of service, the directorate). The study followed the descriptive approach. The study was conducted using two questionnaires: 1) interactive leadership. 2) learning organization, on a sample of (308) secondary school director, (145) male, (163) female in the academic year 2019/2020. The study found that: School directors applied the dimensions of interactive leadership at an average level. While the standards of the educated organization were achieved at the great level. There was a strong positive direct correlation between the degree of achieving the standards of the learning organization, and the level of achievement of the learning organization's standards. And that the practice of all dimensions of interactive leadership affects the level of achievement of the learning organization's standards in secondary schools. (Published abstract)
