تمثلت مشكلة البحث في وجود ضعف في الكفاءة الذاتية في العمل الجغرافي، لدى الطلاب معلمي الجغرافيا بكلية التربية، ولذا صممت الباحثة برنامج إلكتروني تكيفي قائم على أنماط التعلم لتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية في العمل الجغرافي لدى طلبة شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية. وهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج، واستخدم المنهج الوصفى والمنهج التجريبى ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي والمنهج التطويري المنظومي، وتضمنت أدوات ومواد البحث قائمة بأبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية، سيناريو البرنامج الإلكتروني التكيفي القائم على أنماط التعلم، كتاب الطالب المعلم، ودليل المعلم، اختبار فارك لتحديد نمط التعلم، مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية في العمل الجغرافي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبا وطالبة من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة جغرافيا، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث في مجملها عن فاعلية البرنامج الإلكتروني التكيفي القائم على أنماط التعلم لتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية ببورسعيد، وبذلك تحقق الهدف الأساسي للبحث، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الأخذ ببرامج التعلم التكيفية عند تدريب طلاب كليات التربية على الكفاءة الذاتية في الجغرافيا، وضرورة الاهتمام بأبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية ودمجها في البرامج والمقررات الدراسية لدي طلاب شعبة الجغرافيا بصفة خاصة وطلاب كليات التربية بصفة عامة لأنها من المهارات الأساسية التي يحتاجها الطالب. The problem of the research is that there is a weakness in self-efficacy in geographical work among students, teachers of geography at the faculty of education. Therefore, the researcher designed an adaptive electronic program based on learning style to develop self-efficacy in geographical work among students of geography department at the faculty of education. The aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of the program. The descriptive approach, the experimental approach with a semi-experimental design, and the systemic developmental approach were used, and the research tools and materials included a list of dimensions of self-efficacy, an adaptive electronic program scenario based on learning styles, and the student-teacher book. And the teacher's guide, the VARK test to determine the learning style, the measure of self-efficacy in geographical work, and the research sample consisted of (3) male and female students from the students teachers of the geography division. Students of the geography department of the faculty of education in Port Said, and thus the main objective of the research was achieved, and the research recommended the need to using adaptive learning programs when training students of faculties of education on self efficacy in geography, and the need to pay attention to the dimensions of self-efficacy and integrate them into programs and courses for students of the geography department in particular and students of faculty of education In general, because it is one of the basic skills that a student needs.
