هدف البحث إلى التعرف على برنامج تدريبي قائم على أنشطة التكامل الحسي للحد من اضطراب الحذف لدى تلاميذ متلازمة داون، والكشف عن الدلالة الإحصائية للفروق في مستوى كل من أنشطة التكامل الحسي، واضطراب الحذف، لدى تلاميذ متلازمة متلازمة داون، تبعا لمتغيرات: العمر الزمني، الذكاء، المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (6) أطفال منهم (4) من الذكور، و(2) من الإناث، بمدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة بورسعيد، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (13:9) عام، بمتوسط (11.76)، وبانحراف معياري قدره (1.92)، وتراوح معدل ذكائهم (62:52) بمقياس ستانفورد بينيه، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة ذات القياسين القبلي والبعدي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في: مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الخامسة (إعداد محمود السيد أبو النيل)، مقياس اضطرابات النطق (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج تدريبي قائم على التكامل الحسي (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي وكانت الفروق لصالح القياس البعدي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي. The study aimed to identify a training program based on sensory integration activities to reduce deletion disorder among Down syndrome students, and to reveal the statistical significance of differences in the level of each of: sensory integration activities and deletion disorder among Down syndrome students, according to variables: Chronological age, intelligence, economic and social level, and the study sample consisted of (6) children, of whom (4) were males, and (2) were females, in intellectual education schools in Port Said Governorate, and their ages ranged between (9:13) years, with an average of (11.76), with a standard deviation of (1.92), and their IQ ranged between (62:52) on the Stanford scale. The study used the semiexperimental approach with the design of one experimental group with two pre and post measurements, and the study tools were: the Stanford Binet scale, the fifth picture (prepared by Mahmoud El-Saied Abu El-Nil), the speech disorders scale (prepared by the researcher), and a training program based on sensory integration (prepared by the researcher), and the results revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean ranks of the experimental group's scores in the pre and post measurements, and the differences were in favor of the post measurement, there are no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group's scores in the two post measurements and tracker.
