نظرا لأهمية القيم ودورها في مواجهة التحديات والتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة؛ لذا فقد سعت كافة مؤسسات التعليم بشكل عام والتعليم الجامعي بشكل خاص إلى التطوير والتحسين المستمرين عن طريق تحديد الفجوة بين كل من دور الجامعات في مواجهة التغير القيمي، وتقييمها، وتحديد أفضل الممارسات لتفعيله، ووضع السياسات التعليمية في المقام الأول، وكذلك المساهمة في تحقيق الترابط بين المجتمع والمؤسسة الجامعية. لذا استهدفت الدراسة تقديم صيغ مقترحة لتفعيل جهود الجامعات المصرية لمواجهة التغير القيمي لدى طلابها في ضوء متطلبات التربية الوقائية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اتخذت الباحثة من المنهج الوصفي منهجًا لها، كما اتخذت من الاستبيان أداة للدراسة، وقد تناولت الدراسة في شقها النظري الإطار الفكري للغير القيمي والذي أسهم في الاتجاه نحو الاهتمام بالتربية الوقائية كأحد أساليب لمواجهة التغير القيميلدى الطلاب بالتعليم الجامعي. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن تقديم صيغ مقترحة لتفعيل جهود الجامعات المصرية لمواجهة التغير القيمي في ضوء متطلبات التربية الوقائية، وكيفية الاستفادة من الصيغ التربوية الجديدة في تفعيل جهود الجامعات، بحيث يتم الجمع بين آخر ما وصل إليه العلم في المجالات التربوية، وكذلك تدعيم القيادة الجامعية العليا للنسق القيمي الصحيح بين الطلاب. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق بعض الصيغ المقترحة لتفعيل جهود الجامعات المصرية لمواجهة التغير القيمي لدى طلابها في ضوء متطلبات التربية الوقائية، من خلال تبادل الأفكار والخبرات والتجارب بين الجامعات والمؤسسات المجتمعية لتحقيق أقصى استفادة ممكنة، وكذلك توفير الدعم المالي والإمكانات المادية والبشرية والتكنولوجية اللازمة، وتوفير الحرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للقيام بمهامهم في جو تسوده روح التعاون والعمل الجماعي، مع الأخذ بالصيغ المقترحة وآلياتها، والاستفادة منها عند إعداد برامج تدريبية تدعم متطلبات التربية الوقائية. Because the importance of values and their role in facing contemporary societal challenges and changes. Therefore, all educational institutions in general and university education in particular have sought continuous development and improvement by identifying the gap between the role of universities in confronting value change, evaluating it, determining the best practices for activating it, setting educational policies in the first place, as well as contributing to achieving interconnection between.. Therefore, the study aimed to provide suggested formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront the value change among their students in light of the requirements of preventive education. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher took the descriptive approach as her method, and also used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study, in its theoretical part, dealt with the intellectual framework of nonvalues, which contributed to the trend towards interest in preventive education as one of the methods to confront the change in values among students in university education. The results resulted in presenting proposed formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront value change in light of the requirements of preventive education, and how to benefit from the new educational formulas in activating the efforts of universities, so that the latest knowledge in the educational fields is combined, as well as strengthening the senior university leadership of the system. Correct values among students. The study recommended the necessity of applying some of the proposed formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront the value change among their students in light of the requirements of preventive education, through exchanging ideas, expertise and experiences between universities and community institutions to achieve the maximum possible benefit, as well as providing financial support and the necessary material, human and technological capabilities, and providing freedom.
