جاء البحث للتأكيد على ما يحظى به التحول الرقمي بالجامعات من اهتمام، وانعكاس ذلك على كلفة الطالب الجامعي. إذ تبدو الحاجة ملحة إلى تحديد الكلفة التي يتحملها الطالب في إطار توجه الجامعات نحو التحول الرقمي، خاصة في ظل ضعف الموارد المالية للجامعات، وانخفاض الدخل السنوي للأسرة. ومن ثم، سعى البحث إلى توضيح دوافع الجامعات للتحول الرقمي، وإلقاء الضوء على اقتصاديات التحول الرقمي، بالتركيز على أحد مجالاته، وهي الكلفة، التي تم تناولها بشيء من التفصيل، من حيث مفهومها، ومكوناتها، وطرق حسابها، وتحليلها. وقد أسفر ذلك عن مجموعة من النتائج التي كشفت عن صور انعكاس التحول الرقمي على كلفة الطالب الجامعي، تمثلت في ارتفاع نصيب الطالب من الموازنة العامة للجامعات منذ التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي، إلا أن هذه الزيادة كانت ظاهرية وليست حقيقية، إذ ما قورنت بالقوة الشرائية للجنيه المصري في كل عام. بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع نصيب الطالب الجامعي من الإنفاق السنوي للأسرة لأكثر من ثلاثة أضعاف ما كان عليه قبل التحول الرقمي. وإجمالا، جاءت كلفة الطالب الجامعي الكلية خلال فترة التحول الرقمي أكبر من كلفته قبل ذلك، وبالرغم من تفوق متوسط الكلفة العامة على متوسط الكلفة الخاصة للطالب الجامعي، إلا أن معدلات النمو في إنفاق الأسرة جاءت أكبر من معدلات النمو في الإنفاق الحكومي، وذلك قبل التحول الرقمي بالجامعات وبعده. The research emphasizes the importance of digital transformation in universities, and its reflection on the cost of university student. There seems an urgent need to determine the cost which students bear in the context of digital transformation in universities, especially in light of the weak financial resources of the universities and the decline in the annual income of the family. Hence, the research went to clarify universities' motives for digital transformation, and to illustrate the economics of digital transformation, by focusing on one of its areas, which is the cost, which has been dealt with in some detail, in terms of: its concept, components, and methods of calculation. This resulted in a set of results that revealed images of the reflection of digital transformation on the cost of university student, represented in the increase in the student’s cost of the general budget of universities since the move towards digital transformation. But this increase was apparent and not real, as it was compared to the purchasing power of the Egyptian pound every year. In addition, the cost of the family’s annual spending has increased to more than three times what it was before the digital transformation. In general, the university student’s total cost during the digital transformation period was greater than its cost before that, and despite the fact that the average public cost exceeded the average private cost for a university student, the growth rates in household spending were greater than the growth rates in government spending, before the digital transformation. universities and beyond.
