يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية، بأبعادها الخمسة، وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة شملت (60) فقرة موزعة على محورين الأول (القيادة التحويلية)، والثاني (الإبداع الإداري)، وقد بلغت عينة البحث (15). وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر القيادة التحويلة كانت بدرجة عالية، وأن ممارسة الإبداع الإداري بجميع أبعاده بمستوى مرتفع، كما توصل البحث إلى أهم التوصيات المتمثلة في ضرورة إعادة النظر في المعايير التي يتم في ضوئها اختيار القادة من مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، لتصبح أكثر انسجاماً مع متطلبات التغيرات المعاصرة. وتوافر مناخ إبداعي يدعم القيادة التحويلية في المدارس الثانوية واستقطاب المبدعين والحفاظ عليهم.
