هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي لحقوق الإنسان وتحديد معايير الوعي بحقوق الإنسان الدولية في المرحلة الجامعية واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، ومن خلال الاستعراض النظري للأدبيات والأبحاث حول حقوق الإنسان تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن الحقوق الإنسانية فكرة أصيلة في النفس البشرية لا تقبل السلب أو الانتقاص وقد أسس الإسلام كثير من قواعد التعامل الإنساني واحترام الاختلاف وتقبل الآخر وأن المعرفة بحقوق الإنسان غير كافية بل يجب أن تتحول إلى قيم وسلوكيات يومية عند الطلاب. The study aimed to identify the conceptual framework for human rights and define international human rights standards at the university level and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and through a theoretical review of the literature and research on human rights, a set of results was reached, the most important of which is that human rights are an original idea in the human psyche that does not accept plundering Or abridgement Islam has established many rules for humane interaction, respect for difference and acceptance of the other, and knowledge of human rights is not sufficient.
