A1 الصبحي، ندى صالح محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي لحقوق الإنسان وتحديد معايير الوعي بحقوق الإنسان الدولية في المرحلة الجامعية واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، ومن خلال الاستعراض النظري للأدبيات والأبحاث حول حقوق الإنسان تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن الحقوق الإنسانية فكرة أصيلة في النفس البشرية لا تقبل السلب أو الانتقاص وقد أسس الإسلام كثير من قواعد التعامل الإنساني واحترام الاختلاف وتقبل الآخر وأن المعرفة بحقوق الإنسان غير كافية بل يجب أن تتحول إلى قيم وسلوكيات يومية عند الطلاب.
