This study aimed to identify the reality of job security among private schools’ teachers in Riyadh from their teachers and administrative leaders’ perspective. It also aimed to identify the most important obstacles that limit the achieving and identify the significance differences statistical at the level of significance of 0.05 in the study members’ responses about the reality and the obstacles attributed to the variables (job title, the number of years of service in the current job, qualification, education stage). To achieve the goals of this study, a descriptive approach was followed, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for this study, in which the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 372 teachers and 19 supervisors. The most important results of this study are that there is a medium agreement among the study members on the reality of job security among private schools’ teachers in Riyadh and with total average of 2.72 of 5. Also, there is a major agreement among the study members on the obstacles that limit the reality of job security among private schools’ teachers in Riyadh and with total average of 3.48 of 5. Also, the results showed the significant differences statistical in members response about the reality, the administrative and material obstacles in favor of administrative leaders. No differences about the technical obstacles attributed to the variable job title. While there are significant differences statistical in the study members’ responses about the reality in favor of the intermediate stage and the technical obstacles in favor of the private school. No differences about the administrative and material obstacles attributed to the educational stage variable for teacher. No significant differences statistical in members’ responses about the reality, the administrative, technical and material obstacles attributed to the qualification and the years of service in the current job variables. The study reached a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
