هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور التي تقوم به مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة من النواحي التالية (الأنشطة والمعلمة) كما تراها مديرات الروضات الحكومية بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تعيق مؤسسات رياض الأطفال عن القيام بدورها في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة كما تراها مديرات الروضات الحكومية بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على السبل والإجراءات التي تساعد مؤسسات رياض الأطفال على القيام بدورها في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة كما تراها مديرات رياض الأطفال في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض. واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (109) من مديرات الروضات الحكومية بمدينة الرياض. وكانت الأداة المستخدمة هي الاستبانة. وكانت أهم النتائج: أن متوسط الموافقة العام على (واقع دور معلمة الروضة في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة) قد بلغ (4.12 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. وأن متوسط الموافقة العام على (واقع دور الأنشطة بالروضة في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة) قد بلغ (3.78 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. وأن متوسط الموافقة العام على (المعوقات التي تعيق مؤسسات رياض الأطفال عن القيام بدورها في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة كما تراها مديرات الروضات الحكومية بمدينة الرياض) قد بلغ (3.55 درجة من 5(، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. وأن متوسط الموافقة العام على (السبل والإجراءات التي تساعد مؤسسات رياض الأطفال على القيام بدورها في مراعاة الفروق الفردية لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة كما تراها مديرات رياض الأطفال في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض) قد بلغ (3.51 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة. وكانت أهم التوصيات: تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال لزيادة القدرة على معرفة ومراعاة الفروق الفردية بين أطفال الروضة واستثمار ذلك في تنميتهم وتدريبهم. وإدراج العديد من الأنشطة الإضافية التي تتناسب مع مستويات أطفال ما قبل المدرسة. والعمل على تنمية المواهب التي تكون لدى بعض الأطفال في الروضة والعمل على تشجيعها. والتعاون بين معلمات رياض الأطفال وأولياء الأمور في تنفيذ الأنشطة التربوية الداعمة لمراعاة الفروق الفردية بين أطفال ما قبل المدرسة. The study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten institutions in taking into account the individual differences of the preschool child from the following aspects (activities and female teacher) as the perspective of the female principals of public kindergartens in Riyadh. Furthermore, identify the obstacles that hinder kindergarten institutions from playing their role in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child as the perspective of by the female principals of public kindergartens in Riyadh. Moreover, identify the ways and procedures that help kindergarten institutions to play their role in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child as the perspective of female principals of public kindergarten in Riyadh. The female researcher has been used the qualitative analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (109) female principals of public kindergarten in Riyadh. The questionnaire has been used as the study instrument. The most important results were: The average of general approval for (the reality of the role of a kindergarten’s female teacher in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child) has reached (4.12 out of 5), which indicates to (agreed) on the study instrument. The average of general approval for (the reality of the role of activities in kindergarten in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child) has reached (3.78 out of 5), which indicates to (agreed) on the study instrument. The average of general approval for (the obstacles that hinder kindergarten institutions from playing their role in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child as the perspective of the female principals of public kindergartens in Riyadh) has reached (3.55 out of 5), which indicates to (agreed) on the study instrument. The average of general approval for (ways and procedures that help kindergarten institutions to play its role in taking into account the individual differences of a preschool child as the perspective of female principals of public kindergarten in in Riyadh) has reached (3.51 out of 5), which indicates to (agreed) on the study instrument. The most important recommendations were: train the female teachers of kindergarten to increase the ability to know and consider the individual differences between kindergarten children and invest this in their development and training. Include many additional activities that suit the levels of preschool children. Develop and encourage the talents of some children in the kindergarten. The female teachers of kindergarten should be cooperated with the parents to carry out the supportive educational activities to take into account the individual differences of pre-school children.
