يبتغي الكاتب من هذا المقال تذكير أساتذة الغد الذين حملوا البحث كرها ووضعوه كرها بمبدإ الأمانة العلمية بما هي قيمة من قيم التربية وشرط من شروط البحث العلمي التي استبيحت في الزمن الرقمي، وتعرضت للاستخفاف والانتهاك. وبحثا في الوضع الإشكالي لأستاذ المستقبل في ظل المفارقة بين التمكن الرقمي والانحدار القيمي، يسعى الباحث إلى فصل المقال في سؤال الأمانة العلمية في زمن البحث الرقمي متخذا من البحث الإجرائي في المركز الجهوي لمهن التربية والتكوين موضوعا في أربعة محاور هي: مفهوم الأمانة العلمية - بين السرقات الأدبية والسرقات الرقمية - من رحلة الإبل إلى الإبحار الرقمي - من قرائن النسخ الرقمي في البحث الإجرائي. ويتبنى، ابتغاء ذلك، منهجا علميا يتعلق فيه الوصف بالكشف، ويتوسل بقراءة للمحتوى يقترن فيها التحليل والنقد. فضلا عما يقتضيه التفسير من أساليب التعريف والتمثيل والمقارنة والاستشهاد، وما يستدعيه الإقناع بدعوى المقال من أساليب البرهنة والاستدلال. ويخلص إلى أن التنمية المهنية تفرض أن يتحلى الباحث المتدرب بالأمانة العلمية وبروح المسؤولية، وأن يتمثل أخلاق المهنة، وأن يحمل نفسه على ما تكره من مشاق التكوين الذاتي والبحث والإنتاج بعيدا عن أحوال العجز والترهل والاكتفاء بالجاهز وغير ذلك مما دب في جسد الفاعل التربوي في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، فخلع عنه رداء العطاء العلمي وألبسه كساء الاستجداء الرقمي. The author of this article aims to remind future educators who have undertaken research reluctantly and abandoned it just as unwillingly of the principle of academic integrity, as a core educational value and a fundamental condition of scientific research. This principle has been compromised in the digital age, subjected to neglect and violation. Examining the problematic situation of the future teacher amid the paradox between digital proficiency and moral decline, the researcher seeks to explore the issue of academic integrity in the age of digital research. This inquiry is framed through the lens of action research conducted within the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions, and is structured around four main axes: The concept of academic integrity-Between literary plagiarism and digital plagiarism-From the journey of camels to digital navigation-Indicators of digital plagiarism in action research. To this end, the study adopts a scientific approach that links description to revelation, relying on content analysis that combines interpretation with critique. The methodology also incorporates explanatory tools such as definition, exemplification, comparison, and citation, as well as persuasive techniques including argumentation and reasoning to support the article’s thesis. The study concludes that professional development requires trainee researchers to uphold academic integrity and embrace a sense of responsibility. They must embody the ethics of the profession and commit themselves to the challenges of self-training, research, and production. This stands in contrast to the states of inadequacy, complacency, and dependency on ready-made content that have infiltrated the educational sector. (Published abstract)
