يروم المقال إلى مقاربة موضوع العنف المدرسي من خلال تحليل التدابير الوقائية والعلاجية التي تعتمدها وزارة التربية الوطنية بالمغرب، وذلك استناداً إلى مقاربات متعددة تسعى إلى تجديد الثقة والإحساس بالأمان داخل المجتمع المدرسي. يعالج البحث مسألة غاية في الأهمية تتعلق بمدى قدرة المقاربة التربوية والقانونية من الحد من ظاهرة العنف بالمؤسسات التعليمية؟ اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي، بغاية تفكيك المرجعية التشريعية والتنظيمية المؤطرة للعنف المدرسي؛ واستجلاء الأبعاد التربوية في معالجته. خلصت الدراسة إلى كون ظاهرة العنف بالوسط المدرسي تستدعي مقاربة استباقية تستلزم تكثيف جهود كل المتدخلين كل من موقعه، لبلورة رؤية موحدة ومشتركة لتطويق السلوكات المشينة بمقاربة تشاركية تتغيى إرجاع الثقة في المؤسسة وخلق جيل مشبع بثقافة التسامح والمواطنة وحقوق الإنسان. This article aims to address the issue of school violence by analyzing the preventive and remedial measures adopted by the Moroccan Ministry of National Education. The analysis draws on multiple approaches that seek to renew trust and reinforce the sense of safety within the school community. The study tackles a critical issue related to the extent to which educational and legal approaches can effectively reduce the phenomenon of violence in educational institutions. The research employs an analytical approach in order to deconstruct the legislative and regulatory framework surrounding school violence and to explore the educational dimensions in addressing it. The study concludes that school violence requires a proactive and participatory approach, necessitating the intensified efforts of all stakeholders in their respective roles. Such an approach should aim to build a shared vision to curb misconduct, restore trust in educational institutions, and foster a generation imbued with the values of tolerance, citizenship, and human rights.
