يروم هذا العمل بلوغ هدفين رئيسين، هما: تحليل الوضعية الراهنة لهذه الممارسات العنيفة المتسمة بالتكرار والتفاقم وتنوع الأنماط من جهة، وكذا رصد أهم سبل التغيير ووسائل الحد من أضرارها وفق المقاربة التربوية من جهة أخرى. يتمحور موضوع هذا المقال حول إشكالية تشخيص واقع العنف المدرسي بالمغرب، والبحث عن الجذور المشكلة له، بغية تطوير آليات تحليله، وإيجاد الأساليب التربوية المناسبة لتطويق خطره. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهجية تحليلية وتفسيرية؛ قائمة على التحليل والتفسير، وتشخيص الظاهرة ومقاربتها تربويا، لتقريبها من القارئ، ووضعه في سياق الواقع العنفي بالمدرسة المغربية. توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أن جذور هذه الظاهرة ضاربة في العمق، وأن لا سبيل للحد منها إلا بتظافر جهود جميع الفاعلين في الحقل التربوي؛ من خلال التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والتغيير الفعال في المقاربات التربوية والبيداغوجية، لإعادة بناء فضاء تربوي آمن. This work aims to achieve two main objectives: to diagnose the current situation of these violent practices, which are characterized by repetition, escalation, and diversity of patterns, on the one hand, and to identify the most important means of change and ways to reduce their harms according to an educational approach, on the other hand. This article focuses on the problem of analyzing the reality of school violence in Morocco, exploring its underlying roots, and developing mechanisms for its analysis and finding appropriate educational methods to mitigate its threat. This study relied on an analytical and interpretive methodology based on analysis, interpretation, diagnosis of the phenomenon, and an educational approach to bring it closer to the reader and place him within the context of the violent reality in Moroccan school. This research paper has shown that the roots of this phenomenon are deeply rooted, and that it can only be curbed by combining the efforts of all stakeholders in the educational field, through strategic planning and effective change in educational and pedagogical approaches, to rebuild a safe educational environment.
