هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على معوقات بناء الشراكة المجتمعية بمراكز الموهوبين بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر مديريها، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي عن طريق تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (31) فقرة توزعت على جميع مجتمع الدراسة من مدراء مراكز الموهوبين، والبالغ عددهم (56) مديراً ومديرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة اتفاق جميع مدراء مراكز الموهوبين على المعوقات التي تحول دون بناء الشراكة المجتمعية بمراكز الموهوبين بدرجة كبيرة، وأن أكبر المعوقات التي تحول دون بناء الشراكة المجتمعية هي قلة وعي مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي بأهمية الشراكة مع المركز، وأتت درجة مساهمة مدراء مراكز الموهوبين في بناء الشراكة المجتمعية بدرجة كبيرة. كما يتفق مدراء مراكز الموهوبين بدرجة كبيرة جدًا على سبل تطوير بناء الشراكة المجتمعية بمراكز الموهوبين المقترحة في الدراسة. كذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في درجة المعوقات التي تحول دون بناء الشراكة المجتمعية بمراكز الموهوبين تعزى الى متغير الوظيفة والخبرة لصالح مديري المراكز وذوي الخبرة عشرين سنة فأقل. This tudy aimed to identify the obstacles to building community partnership in gifted centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of its managers, and in order to achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (31) items that were distributed to all the study community from the directors of the gifted centers, who numbered (91) managers and directors. The results of the study showed that all managers of gifted centers agree on the obstacles that prevent building community partnership in talented centers to a large extent, and that the biggest obstacles that prevent building community partnership are the lack of awareness of local community institutions of the importance of partnership with the center. The managers of gifted centers also agree to a very large extent on ways to develop building community partnership with the gifted centers proposed in the study. There are also statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α 0.05) in the degree of obstacles that prevent building community partnership in gifted centers due to the job and experience variable for the benefit of center managers and those with twenty years of experience or less.
