هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الأداء المهني لمديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، واختيرت عينة عشوائية من المعلمين والمعلمات بلغ عددهم (200) فردا، واستخدم الباحثون الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الأداء المهني لمديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية شمال الخليل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة حيث جاء المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية (3.57) وانحراف معياري مقداره (0.75)، وقد جاء الجانب الإداري في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه الجانب الفني ثم مجال القيادة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الأداء المهني لمديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية شمال الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، فيما لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الأداء المهني لمديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية شمال الخليل تعزى لمتغيرات التخصص والمرحلة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثون بمجموعة من التوصيات ذات العلاقة. This study sought to identify the reality of professional performance of public schoolsʹ principals in North Hebron Directorate from the standpoint of teachers. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive method was used and the random sample of (200) teachers was selected. Furthermore, a questionnaire was used as the research tools. The study results showed that the study participantsʹ assessment of the reality of professional performance of public schoolsʹ principals in North Hebron Directorate from the standpoint of teachers was in average as the mean score of the total score was (3.57) and the standard deviation was (0.75). Administrative area came first, second came technical area, and third came leadership area in a consecutive order according to the mean score. Further, the results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study participantsʹ assessment of the reality of professional performance of public schoolsʹ principals in North Hebron Directorate from the standpoint of teachers due to gender, while the results showed no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study participantsʹ assessment of the reality of professional performance of public schoolsʹ principals in North Hebron Directorate from the standpoint of teachers due to major and educational stage, and at the end, the researchers had introduced relevant recommendations.
