هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى توافر المهارات الإشرافية لدى المشرف المقيم في مدارس مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات مديرية شمال الخليل والذين بلغ عددهم (2005) معلما ومعلمة، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية لتمثيل مجتمع الدراسة، حيث بلغت نسبة العينة ما يقارب (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة وتعادل (198) معلماً ومعلمة. واستخدم الباحثون أداة الاستبانة لتحقيق أهداف دراستها حيث تكونت من (46) فقرة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى توافر المهارات الإشرافية لدى المشرف المقيم في مدارس مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء "متوسطا"، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير جنس المدرسة، لصالح مدارس الذكور ومدارس الإناث مقارنة بالمدارس المختلطة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمدى توافر المهارات الإشرافية لدى المشرف المقيم في مدارس مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس وعمر المعلم. This study aimed to identify the availability of supervisory skills of the resident supervisor in North Hebron Directorate schools from the standpoint of teachers. The researchers used a descriptive approach in the study. The study population consisted of all female and male teachers in North Hebron schools, totaling (2005) teachers. A random stratified sample has been chosen to represent the study population; it consists of (198) teachers which represent (10%) of the population percentage. The researchers developed a questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (46) items. The study finding showed that the availability of supervisory skills of the resident supervisor in North Hebron Directorate schools from the standpoint of teacher’s was medium. The finding also showed that there is a statistical difference attributed to the variable of school sex for the interest of males’ schools compared to mixed schools, and for the interest of females’ schools compared to mixed schools. On the other hand, the study showed that there are no statistical differences in the availability of supervisory skills of the resident supervisor in North Hebron Directorate schools from the standpoint of teacher’s, attributed to the variables of sex, age of the teacher.
