This study aimed to evaluate the quality of the teaching performance of lecturers who (taught in Arabic) at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of N'Djamena Chad from the viewpoint of students of the first, second and third academic levels in the academic departments of: curricula, teaching methods, administration, educational planning, educational psychology, pedagogy and its applications. The researchers followed the descriptive approach to describe, analyze and explain the reality of the quality of the teaching performance of the faculty members of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed after reviewing the previous studies and the theoretical literature related to the subject of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (42) items distributed on (4) axes. The research community may consist of students from the academic departments: (Educational Psychology, Administration, Educational Planning, Fundamentals of Education, Curriculum and Teaching Methods) and the academic level: first, second, and third. After confirming its validity and stability, the researchers distributed it to a stratified random sample of 32 male and 32 female students, totaling 64. The study found conclusions, including: 1) The results of the statistical analysis showed that the teaching performance of lecturers in the faculty of Educational Sciences is characterized by quality. From the male and female students ’point of view. 2) The results of the statistical analysis revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the teaching performance of the lecturers in the faculty of Educational Sciences from the viewpoint of male and female students according to the gender variable (male, female) in favor of gender (male). 3) The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the quality of the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena (Chad) from the viewpoint of male and female students and academic specialization.
