The rudimentary rehabilitation of an individual emerges from childhood, as it is the most important stage of education due to its strong influence in building the future personality of the child and his possession of the characteristics that are difficult to acquire in advanced stages. Therefore, the world realized the importance of kindergarten and the efforts were directed towards caring for the qualification of cadres capable of investing this seed, except that The many roles of the teacher at this stage negatively affect her performance and psychological compatibility, psychological and functional stability are among the most important factors that achieve satisfaction and increase the strength of the teacher and her ability to withstand pressure and achievement, thus positively affecting her achievement and the outcomes of education and society as a whole. Therefore, this research seeks to present a proposed framework that ensures the development of organizational commitment among kindergarten teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through the descriptive inductive approach to presenting, analyzing and benefiting from previous studies in building the proposed scenario, the results have found a positive relationship between organizational commitment and several factors including psychological stability, contentment, organizational justice, quality of the regulatory environment, and training. The researchers recommend that leaders should work to strengthen the organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers and provide them with the necessary support. (Published abstract)
