هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي والفلسفي لبيئة صنع القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم، وكذلك تفعيل دور نقابة المهن التعليمية في دعم بيئة صنع القرار. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم التوصل إلى أن بيئة صنع القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية تعاني من مجموعة من المعوقات والتي في ضوءها تم بلورة التصور المقترح حول دور النقابة في دعم بيئة صنع القرار. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور نقابة المهن التعليمية في دعم بيئة صنع القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم. The study aimed to identify the conceptual and philosophical framework of the decision-making environment at the ministry of education, additionally, the study aimed to tackle the field study of the decision-making environment at the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The descriptive methodology was used, and decision-makers at the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The findings revealed that the decision-making environment at the Egyptian Ministry of Education faces several obstacles. Based on these findings, a proposed perception regarding the role of the teachers' syndicates in supporting the decision-making environment was developed. The study recommended the necessity of activating the role of the teachers' syndicates in supporting the decision-making environment at the Ministry of Education. (Published abstract)
