هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج نظري يفسر العلاقة بين التوجه الإيجابي للمستقبل وقلق کوفید 19 من خلال بحث دور المناعة النفسية كمتغير وسيط، كما هدفت أيضا إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في كل من (التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل، والمناعة النفسية، وقلق كوفيد 19)، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة من طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية بلغت (150) طالبا وطالبة، منهم (77) من الذكور، و (73) من الإناث، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل، ومقياس المناعة النفسية، ومقياس قلق كوفيد 19، وجميعها من إعداد الباحثين، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في كل من (التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل، والمناعة النفسية، وقلق كوفيد 19)، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة صلاحية النموذج النظري المقترح والذي تمثل فيه المناعة النفسية متغيرا وسيطا بين (التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل، وقلق كوفيد 19)، كما أكدت الدراسة أنه يمكن التنبؤ بقلق كوفيد 19 من التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل والمناعة النفسية. The study aimed to build a theoretical model that explains the relationships between patterns of Positive orientation towards the future and covid-19 anxiety in light of the mediating role of psychological immunity, as well as to reveal the existence of differences between males and females in each of (Positive orientation towards the future, psychological immunity and covid-19 anxiety). The study sample consisted of (150) students of general diploma in education, (77) male and (73) female, and the study used the positive orientation towards the future scale, psychological immunity scale and covid-19 anxiety scale (prepared by researchers). The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in both patterns of (Positive orientation towards the future, psychological immunity and covid-19 anxiety), and the results of the study showed the validity of the proposed theoretical model in which psychological immunity represents an intermediate variable between patterns of positive orientation towards the future and covid-19 anxiety. The study also confirmed that Covid-19 anxiety can be predicted from a positive orientation towards the future and psychological immunity. (Published abstract)
