يتناول البحث عرضا لخبرة إنجلترا في إدارة الأمن والسلامة المدرسية بالمؤسسات التعليمية وإمكانية الإفادة منها بالمدارس في مصر وقد تناول بعض جهود الإدارات العليا والمتوسطة بإنجلترا وبعض المؤسسات المجتمعية والتي تساهم في تحقيق الأمن والسلامة المدرسية وعرض بعض النماذج للمدارس الابتدائية في إنجلترا كمدارس سان ستيفن بلندن مع عرض خطط للمدرسة خاصة بإجراءات الأمن والسلامة للطوارئ والرحلات التعليمية وتأمين المعامل المباني المدرسية وتوضيح الإجراءات التأمينية أثناء الأنشطة المدرسية وعرض خطط الطوارئ والتأمين أثناء عمليات الشغب مثل حمل الأسلحة وتناول المخدرات وغيرها، مع توضيح مفهوم إدارة المخاطر ومراحلها وعلاقتها بإدارة الأمن والسلامة وقد توصل البحث لعدة دروس مستفادة يمكن الاستفادة منها بالمدارس المدرية في مجالات مختلفة منها: المجال الأول ثقافة الأمن والسلامة المدرسية، المجال الثاني: العمليات الإدارية لإدارة الأمن والسلامة المدرسية، المجال الثالث: إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المدرسية ويشمل المشاركة المجتمعية في إدارة الأمن والسلامة، وموارد إدارة الأمن والسلامة المدرسية. The research deals with a presentation of England's experience in managing school safety and security in educational institutions and the possibility of benefiting from it in schools in Egypt. It has dealt with some efforts of upper and middle administrations in England and some community institutions that contribute to achieving school safety and security. It also presented some examples for primary schools in England such as St. Stephen's schools in London with a presentation of plans. The school has special procedures for security and safety for emergencies, educational trips, insurance of school buildings, clarification of insurance procedures during school activities, presentation of emergency plans and insurance during riots such as carrying weapons, taking drugs, etc., with clarification of the concept of risk management and its stages and its relationship with the security and safety management. The research has reached several lessons learned that can be used Among them are in the directorate schools in various fields, including: the first field: the culture of security and school safety, the second field: the administrative processes of the school security and safety management, the third field: the school security and safety procedures, which includes community participation in the management of safety and security, and the resources of the school security and safety department.
