يقاس نجاح إدارة الروضة بمدى قدرتها على تطوير وتنمية مواردها البشرية والمادية، إن التقدم الذي يحرزه الأطفال ما هو إلا معيار لنجاح الروضة وإدارتها. شهدت السنوات الأخيرة اهتماما متزايدا على المستوى العربي والعالمي بالطفولة وما ازدهار الأمم وتقدمها إلا بالعناية التي تقدمها الأمة لتنشئة أطفالها تنشئة صحيحة من خلال الإدارة الناجحة، فهي الوسيلة المهمة لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. وفي ضوء ذلك استهدف البحث تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التنمية المهنية لمديرات رياض الأطفال، وأهم مداخل هذه التنمية. كما تناول البحث واقع أدوار مديرات رياض الأطفال ومهامها وخصائصها، فضلا عن التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون التنمية المهنية لمديرات رياض الأطفال. توصل البحث إلى أهم المتطلبات التنفيذية اللازمة لتحقيق التنمية المهنية لمديرات رياض الأطفال بمصر. أهم التوصيات والمقترحات: استحداث تخصص دبلوم مهني لتأهيل مديرات رياض الأطفال بكليات التربية. The success of kindergarten management is measured by its capacity to develop human and material resources. Children's progress is only a criterion for successful kindergarten management. In recent years, at the Arab and international levels, there has been a growing interest in children. The prosperity and progress of nations is achieved through the care given by the nation to bring up its children properly through successful management, which is an important means of achieving desired goal. In the light of that, the current research aimed to highlight the concept of professional development for kindergarten managers and the most important entry points for such development. The research also examined the reality of the roles, tasks and characteristics of kindergarten managers, as well as the identification of obstacles to the professional development of kindergarten managers. The research reached the most important operational requirements necessary to achieve the professional development of kindergarten managers in Egypt. Main recommendations and proposals: Introduction of a professional diploma specialization to qualify kindergarten managers at the faculties of education. (Published abstract)
