هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الإتجاهات الموضوعية والمنهجية في بحوث القيادة التحويلية التعليمية المنشورة في الدوريات العربية خلال الفترة (1999-2022). اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الببليومتري لتحقيق أهدافها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من جميع الأبحاث المنشورة رقميا في المنظومة والتي نُشرت في المكتبة الرقمية السعودية، وبلغ مجموعها (147) بحثا. تمثلت أداة الدراسة في إستمارة تحليل محتوى، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدراسات في القيادة التحويلية التعليمية تناولت (45) مجالا بحثيا. وكان أعلى مجال بعد القيادة التحويلية هو التمكين، ثم اتخاذ القرارات، تلاهما القيادة الأكاديمية والرضا الوظيفي. وكانت أغلب البحوث قد اهتمت بالتعليم العام بعدد (46) بحثا، يليها التعليم العالي بعدد (31) بحثا، وأغلبها اهتمت بالتعليم الحكومي بعدد (122) بحثا. وكان أغلب المجتمعات البحثية هي للمعلمين بعدد (41) بحثا، تليها مدراء المدارس بعدد (33) بحثا، ومن ثم أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعدد (24) بحثا. كما استخدمت أغلب البحوث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدد (51) بحثا، تليها المنهج الوصفي بعدد (38) بحثا، وأغلبها بحوث كمية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء دراسة في القيادات التحويلية وربطها بمجالات الحوكمة والخدمات الإلكترونية والإشراف التربوي والإرشاد الأكاديمي. The study aimed to identify the thematic and methodological trends in published research on educational transformational leadership in Arabic journals during the period (1999-2022). The study employed a bibliometric approach to achieve its objectives. The study population and sample consisted of all research published digitally in Mandumah and available in the Saudi Digital Library, totaling (147) studies. The study tool was a content analysis. The results showed that studies on educational transformational leadership addressed (45) research areas. The highest area after transformational leadership was empowerment, followed by decision-making, then academic leadership and job satisfaction. Most of the research focused on general education, with (46) studies, followed by higher education with (31) studies, and most of them concentrated on public education, totaling (122) studies. The majority of the research communities were teachers, with (41) studies, followed by school principals with (33) studies, and then faculty members with (24) studies. Most of the research employed the analytical descriptive method, with (51) studies, followed by the descriptive method with (38) studies, with the majority being quantitative research. The study recommended the need for studying administration fields, government, e-services, educational supervision and academic guidance. (Published abstract)
