يستهدف هذا البحث معرفة أسباب عزوف أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن حضور المؤتمرات التربوية من خلال تحديد واضح لما يفرضه فكر المؤتمرات العلمية من أطروحات فكرية، وإبراز أهم الأسس المستخدمة في تنظيم المؤتمرات، وتحديد بعض معوقات حضور أعضاء هيئة التدريس المؤتمرات التربوية سعيا لوضع مجموعة من المتطلبات من شأنها تفعيل حضور أعضاء هيئة التدريس المؤتمرات التربوية، وقد استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي وذلك لاستعراض وتحليل الصلة بالمؤتمرات التربوية، وذلك من خلال مناقشة وتحليل المفهوم والوقوف على بعض أهدافه، ومعرفة أهميته، وتحديد بعض الأسباب التي تجعل بعض الهيئة التدريسية في عزوف عن حضور المؤتمرات التربوية والاطلاع على واقع حضور بعض التربويين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمؤتمرات التربوية في إطار ميداني وصولا إلى وضع آليات مقترحة تكون من شأنها تدعيم حضور الهيئة التدريسية للمؤتمرات التربوية. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها ضرورة، وتوفير ميزانية مناسبة للمؤتمرات التربوية، وإعطاء المؤتمرات وزنا أكبر في معامل نشر الإنتاج البحثي، واختيار الأماكن السياحية ذات الجانب الترفيهي، بالإضافة إلى إرادة التطوير والتغيير الفعلي لدى القائمين على أمر المؤتمرات التربوية بكل ما تحمله من قضايا داخل المجتمع، لأنه إن كانت هناك نية حقيقة لإصلاح ما يوجد فيها من خلل وبعض مشكلات تؤدي إلى عزوف مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن عزوف حضورها، فإنه يجب أن يتوفر لدى جميع التربويين داخل كليات التربية وخارجها روح المكاشفة عن أداء بعض المؤتمرات التربوية في الوقت الراهن. This research aims to know the reasons for the faculty members ’reluctance to attend educational conferences through a clear definition of the theses of scientific conferences imposed by intellectual theses, highlighting the most important foundations used in organizing conferences, and identifying some obstacles to the attendance of faculty members in educational conferences in order to set a set of requirements that activating the attendance of faculty members in educational conferences, and the current research used the descriptive approach in order to review and analyze the relevance of educational conferences, by discussing and analyzing the concept and examining some of its goals. And identify some of the reasons that some of the teaching staff are reluctant to attend educational conferences and see the reality of the presence of some educators from the teaching staff members of educational conferences in a field framework, leading to the development of proposed mechanisms that would support the attendance of the teaching staff for educational conferences. The research reached a set of results, including necessity, providing an appropriate budget for educational conferences, giving conferences greater weight in laboratories for publishing research production, and choosing tourist places with an entertainment aspect. In addition to the will for actual development and change among those in charge of educational conferences with all the issues that it holds within society, because if there is a real intention to fix what is in it and some problems that lead to the reluctance of a group of faculty members to refrain from attending it.
