تهدف هذه الدراسة بالأساس التعرف على القيم من خلال مادة التربية الإسلامية كمادة أساسية تروم تلبية حاجات المتعلم(ة) الدينية، وبناء شخصيته بأبعادها المختلفة في علاقتها بربها ونفسها والمحيط. وقد استهلت الدراسة التعريف بالقيم وأهميتها على الفرد والمجتمع، ومصادرها التي تستمد منها، وتصنيفاتها عند بعض الباحثين العلماء عامة، وحسب منهاج مادة التربية الإسلامية خاصة، السلك الثانوي نموذجا. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مراحل ترقي القيم وبنائها في شخصية المتعلمين لا تخلو من المرور من أربع مراحل: مرحلة التوعية، مرحلة التفهم، مرحلة التطبيق، مرحلة التعزيز، وفي إطار هذه المراحل ينبغي على المدرس(ة) توظيف مختلف الوسائل والطرق التي من شأنها تعزيز هذه القيم في نفوسهم منها: الحوار والمناقشة، أسلوب القصص، أسلوب الترغيب والترهيب، تقنية لعب الأدوار، استضافة أو زيارة إحدى الشخصيات والقدوات للاستفادة منها في هذا الجانب، مع توظيف مختلف الوسائل التكنولوجية المعينة في ذلك، كما ينبغي قبل هذا كله أن يكون المدرس(ة) قدوة في هذا المقام وأن يضع المتعلمين في وضعيات نفسية روحانية تجعلهم يتذوقون تلك المعاني مما سيؤدي بهم إلى المحبة ومن ثم الامتثال. This study aims to identify values through the subject of Islamic education as a basic subject that aims to fulfill the learner's religious needs and build her personality in its various dimensions in relation to her Lord, herself and the surroundings. The study began by defining values and their importance to the individual and society, the sources from which they are derived, and their categorization by some scholarly researchers in general, and according to the Islamic education curriculum in particular - the secondary level as an example. The results also indicated that the stages of promoting and building values in the personality of learners are not without going through four stages: Awareness stage, understanding stage, application stage, reinforcement stage, and within the framework of these stages, the teacher(s) should employ various means and methods that can reinforce these values in their souls, including: Dialogue and discussion, storytelling, carrots and sticks, role-playing techniques, hosting or visiting a role model to benefit from them in this aspect, and the use of various technological aids in this regard, and above all, the teacher should be a role model in this regard and put the learners in psychological and spiritual situations that make them taste these meanings, which will lead them to love and then comply.
