هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى امتلاك مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية مهاراتِ القرن الواحد والعشرين؛ وعلاقته بدرجة تطبيقهم معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر معلّميهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تمّ تطويرُ استبانةٍ تألّفت من جزأين، الأول لقياس درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الثانوية مهاراتِ القرن الواحد والعشرين، بينما يقيس الثاني درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية معايير الجودة الشاملة. وقد وُزّعت على عينة عشوائية اشتملت على 732 معلمًا ومعلمة غطّت مناطق الشّمال والوسط والجنوب. وقد تمَّ التّحقُّق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية مهاراتِ القرن الواحد والعشرين من وجهة نظر مُعلّميهم كانت مرتفعةً. كما أظهرت النّتائج امتلاك مديري المدارس المهارات المهنية والحياتية بالدّرجة الأولى، تلتها مهارات محو الأمية الرقمية، وفي الرتبة الأخيرة مهارات التعليم والابتكار. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر معلميهم مرتفعة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق معيار شؤون الطلبة وحاجاتهم جاء في الرتبة الأولى، تلاها معيار التخطيط الاستراتيجي، ثم معيار الموارد البشرية، ومعيار القيادة والإدارة، وفي الرتبة الأخيرة تطبيق معيار المسؤولية المجتمعية. وقد بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في الأردن مهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين، وتطبيقهم معايير الجودة الشاملة. This study aimed to identify the extent to which secondary schools principals in Jordan possess the twenty-first-century skills and their relationship to the application of total quality management standards from the perspective of their teacher. To achieve the study’s objective, a questionnaire consisting of two parts was developed. The first part measured the degree to which principals possess ownership of the twenty-first-century skills and the second part measured the extent to which they apply total quality management standards. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 732 teachers from secondary schools in the northern, central, and southern regions of Jordan. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified. indicated that, from the teachers' perspectives, the principals possess a high level of twenty-first-century skills. Professional and life skills ranked first, followed by digital literacy skills, while learning and innovation skills came last. Additionally, the results showed that the application of total quality management standards by the principals was rated as high, with the student affairs and needs standard ranking first, followed by strategic planning, human resources, leadership and management standards, and finally, the social responsibility standard. The study also revealed a positive correlation between the possession of twenty-first-century skills by secondary school principals and their application of total quality management standards.
