هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصّي أثر استخدام أُنموذج الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في تنمية التفكير الرياضي لدى طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم إعداد أداة الدراسة المكونة من اختبار التفكير الرياضي ومن ثم التأكد من صدقه وثباته. طُبق اختبار التفكير الرياضي على عينة قصدية من (50) طالباً من طلاب الصف الثامن الأساسي في مديرية الأغوار الشمالية، تمّ تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: الأولى تجريبية تكونت من (25) طالباً درست باستخدام أُنموذج الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات، والثانية ضابطة تكونت من (25) طالباً درست بالطريقة الأعتيادية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسطي علامات المجموعتين، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتبني أُنموذج الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في عملية تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مجال تنمية مهارات التفكير الرياضي ومكوناته. The study aimed to investigate the effect of using a strategy based the creative problem-solving model on developing mathematical thinking. To achieve the aim of the study, the analysis tool was prepared, which consisted of the mathematical reasoning test, and then it was tested for its validity and reliability. The mathematical thinking tests were applied to a sample of (50) eighth-grade students in the Directorate of Education of the Northern Jordan Valley. They were divided into two groups: the first consisted of (25) students who studied using the creative problem-solving model, and the second consisted of (25) students who studied using the usual method. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended adopting the model in the process of teaching and learning mathematics in the areas of developing mathematical thinking skills. (Published abstract)
