هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في الزرقاء للقيادة المتسامية وعلاقتها بمستوى الإبداع الوظيفي للمعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (375) معلمًا ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. ولجمع بيانات الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (44) فقرة، مقسمة إلى جزأين: الجزء الأول أبعاد القيادة المتسامية، والجزء الثاني أبعاد الإبداع الوظيفي تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء للقيادة المتسامية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى الإبداع الوظيفي للمعلمين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وتبين أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة بين مستوى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء للقيادة المتسامية ومستوى الإبداع الوظيفي للمعلمين، فكلما زادت ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء للقيادة المتسامية زاد ذلك من مستوى الإبداع لدى المعلمين. The study aimed to identify the level of practice of transcendental leadership by public school principals in Zarqa and its relationship to the level of job creativity of teachers. The study sample consisted of 375 male and female teachers who were selected by the cluster method. In order to collect the study data, a questionnaire consisting of 44 items was developed and divided into two parts: the first part is the dimensions of transcendental leadership, and the second part is the dimensions of job creativity, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The level of job creativity for teachers was high, and it was found that there was a strong correlation between the estimates of the study sample members and the level of transcendental leadership practice of government school principals in Zarqa Governorate. That is the level of creativity among teachers. (Published abstract)
