هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى المهارات الرقمية والطموح الأكاديمي والمهني لدى طلبة الجامعات. لتحقيق الهدف، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الارتباطي الوصفي، واستخدمت مقياس الطموح الأكاديمي المهني، بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (62) طالبا وطالبة، 29 منهم ذوو تخصص علمي، و33 ذوو تخصصٍ أدبي. توصلت الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى الطموح لدى الطلبة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات الرقمية والطموح الأكاديمي والمهني لدى الطلبة حسب التخصص (العلمي والأدبي)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الطموح الأكاديمي والمهني وفق مستويات المهارات الرقمية؛ فقد كان متوسط مستوى الطموح الكلي للمستوى المتفوق الأعلى، يليه متوسط المستوى في المهارات الرقمية، ثم المستوى المتدني في المهارات الرقمية. وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01=α) بين مستوى اكتساب المهارات الرقمية والطموح الأكاديمي والمهني لدى الطلبة؛ أي إنه كلما ازداد مستوى اكتساب المهارات الرقمية لدى الطلبة ازداد الطموح الأكاديمي المهني لديهم. ونستنتج أن هناك علاقة ارتباط بين طموح الطلبة وبين سعيهم لتطوير مهاراتهم الرقمية، وأنه كلما زادت مهارتهم وقدراتهم الرقمية زاد طموحهم. وتوصي الدراسة بالعمل على زيادة وعي الطلبة بأهمية تطوير مهاراتهم الرقمية ليصبحوا مؤهلين لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي، والحصول على فرص عمل أفضل، والترقي في عملهم. The study aimed to identify the academic and professional aspiration levels and the digital skills levels. To reveal the relationship among Al-Balqa Applied University students through the descriptive correlative approach, the aspiration scale was developed, and the reliability and validity were verified. The study sample consisted of (62) students, 29 of which studied scientific majors and 33 studied literary majors. The results revealed that the aspiration level among students was high. There were no significant differences between the students' aspirations and students' digital skills levels recording their specializations. There were differences in the aspiration level according to digital skills levels. The highest level of aspiration was for the highest class in digital skills, followed by the average level in digital skills, and then the low level in digital skills. The study revealed a significant relationship between the level of acquiring digital skills and the academic and professional aspiration levels among students, meaning that the more their digital skills developed, the more their professional academic aspiration levels increased. The study concluded that there was a relationship between the students' aspiration and their inquiry to develop their digital skills. This was due to their awareness of the importance of developing their digital skills to become qualified to keep pace with technological development, obtain better job opportunities, and advance in their work.
