هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الذكاء الرقمي لدى مرشحي التدريب الميداني بكلية التربية بجامعة السلطان قابوس وعلاقته باتجاهاتهم نحو المواطنة الرقمية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، بني مقياس للذكاء الرقمي تكون من 32 عبارة توزعت على ثمانية محاور، ومقياس للاتجاه نحو المواطنة الرقمية تكون من 30 عبارة توزعت على ثلاثة محاور. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (61) طالبا وطالبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الرقمي لدى مرشحي التدريب الميداني بكلية التربية بجامعة السلطان قابوس جاء منخفضا، في حين جاء مستوى الاتجاه نحو المواطنة الرقمية متوسطا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الرقمي والاتجاه نحو المواطنة الرقمية؛ لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الرقمي تعزى إلى عدد حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي، ما عدا محوري الاستخدام الرقمي لصالح من يمتلكون 5 حسابات فأكثر، وفي محور الحقوق الرقمية؛ لصالح من يمتلكون من 3 إلى 4 حسابات، في حين أظهرت فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاتجاه نحو المواطنة الرقمية في جميع المحاور، ما عدا محور الأخلاقيات الرقمية؛ لصالح من يمتلكون 5 حسابات فأكثر، كما أظهرت وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ضعيفة بين مستوى الذكاء الرقمي والاتجاه نحو المواطنة الرقمية لدى عينة الدراسة. أوصت الدراسة بتضمين برامج إعداد المعلمين قبل الخدمة مقررات في الذكاء الرقمي وفي المواطنة الرقمية، وتقديم برامج إنماء مهني تهدف إلى رفعهما للمعلمين في أثناء الخدمة، بما يعزز معارف ومهارات وقيم الذكاء الرقمي والمواطنة الرقمية لديهم. The study investigated the level of digital intelligence of pre-service teachers at the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University and its relationship to their attitudes towards digital citizenship. Two tools were developed to achieve the objectives of the study: the digital intelligence scale of 32 items, and the digital citizenship scale of 30 items. The study sample consisted of (61) male and female students. The results of the study showed that the level of digital intelligence for the study sample was low, while the level of attitude towards digital citizenship was moderate. Additionally, there were differences in the level of digital intelligence and the trend towards digital citizenship in favor of males, and there were no differences in the level of digital intelligence due to the number of social networking accounts, except for the digital usage dimensions, in favor of those who own 5 or more accounts and the digital rights dimension, in favor of those who own 3 to 4 accounts. Statistically significant differences were found in the level of attitude towards digital citizenship in all dimensions except for the digital ethics, in favor of those who own 5 or more accounts. The findings also indicated a weak positive direct correlation between the level of digital intelligence and the attitude towards digital citizenship. The study recommended that pre-service teacher preparation and in-service professional programs include courses in digital intelligence and digital citizenship, in order to enhance the knowledge, skills, and values of digital intelligence and digital citizenship.
