هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال لدى معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدارس مدينة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثون استبانة تضمنت (48) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (155) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدينة إربد في الأردن. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: أن معوقات تطبيق التعلم النقال في الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى جاءت بدرجة تقدير "متوسطة"، حيث أن المعوقات التي تتعلق بالمعلم قد احتلت المرتبة الأعلى بين مجالات الدراسة، يليها المعوقات المتعلقة بالعوامل الإدارية والإشرافية، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالطالب ، وأخيرا المعوقات المتعلقة بالمواد الدراسية. وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات من أهمها تشجيع إدارات التعليم والمدارس للمعلمين على استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال في عملية التدريس. وتوفير دليل للمعلم يساعده في استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال، وتوفير التجهيزات والأدوات والمواد اللازمة لتمكين المعلم من استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال. The study aimed to identify the obstacles of using mobile learning applications for teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the city of Irbid from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire that included (48) items distributed over (4) sections. The study sample consisted of (155) teachers from the teachers of the first three grades in the city of Irbid in Jordan. The study has reached several results. The most important of which are: the obstacles to the application of mobile learning in the first three grades came with an "average" grade, as the obstacles related to the teacher ranked the highest among the fields of study, followed by obstacles related to administrative and supervisory factors, then student-related obstacles, and finally obstacles related to school subjects. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage education departments and schools to teachers to use mobile learning applications in the teaching process. Providing a guide for the teacher to help him in using mobile learning applications, and providing the necessary equipment, tools and materials to enable the teacher to use mobile learning applications.
