هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور برنامج التربية العملية الجامعي في تعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى طالبات معلم الصف المتدربات في مدارس مديريات محافظة الزرقاء (من وجهة نظر المعلمات المتعاونات). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (58) معلمة متعاونة بتخصص معلم الصف من مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة الزرقاء الأولى، والثانية، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات مكونة بصورتها النهائية من (41) موزعة على أربعة مهارات ناعمة وهي: إدارة الأزمات، التأقلم والمرونة، التواصل الفعال، التعاون والعمل الجماعي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور برنامج التربية العملية الجامعي في تعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى طالبات معلم الصف المتدربات في مدارس مديريات محافظة الزرقاء وحسب تقديرات أفراد العينة على الأداة ككل جاء (بدرجة متوسطة)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور برنامج التربية العملية الجامعي في تعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى طالبات معلم الصف المتدربات تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل الوظيفي، وإلى متغير المؤهل العلمي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، أو تعزى إلى متغير المديرية. The study aims to explore the role of the university's practical education program in promoting the soft skills of the female students ‘’classroom teachers’’ and trainees at the schools affiliated with the Zarqa directorate of education. It aimed to explore the latter role from the perspective of the female cooperating teachers. The sample consists of (58) female cooperating teachers whose major is ‘’classroom teacher’’. Those cooperating teachers are selected from the schools affiliated with the first and second Zarqa directorates of education. The researcher used a questionnaire for collecting data. The final version of the questionnaire consists of (41) items. It was found that the university practical education program plays a (moderate) role in promoting the soft leadership skills of the female student-teachers majoring in "classroom teacher" and trainees. That is concluded from the respondents’ perspective. The means of effective communication skills is ranked first. The means of cooperation and teamwork is ranked second. The means of adaptation and flexibility is ranked third. The means of crisis management is ranked last. It was found that there are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ attitudes towards the role of this program which can be attributed to their professional qualification and academic qualification. It was found that there isn’t any statistically significant difference between the respondents’ attitudes towards the role of this program which can be attributed to experience and directorate of education.
