هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف فاعلية التعلم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كوفيد (19) على طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظر أسرهم ومعلمي التربية الخاصة واتجاهاتهم نحوه في دولة قطر، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في ميدان التربية الخاصة وأسر الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2019-2020. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (132) معلما في ميدان التربية الخاصة بدولة قطر، و(57) أسرة من أسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين جرى اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، حيث تم استخدام أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة لقياس فاعلية التعلم عن بعد التي تكونت من (20) فقرة، ومقياس اتجاهات نحو التعلم عن بعد الذي تكون من (18) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداتين؛ حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في فاعلية التعلم عن بعد ولصالح العاملين في التربية الخاصة (ت= 8.87). كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لعدد سنوات الخبرة لمعلمي التربية الخاصة ولصالح الخبرة الأكثر (ف=17.97)، وأظهرت النتائج أن اتجاه العاملين وأسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كان إيجابيا نحو التعلم عن؛ حيث أوصت الدراسة بتبني استخدام تكنولوجيا التعلم عن بعد في التدريس وتصميم المناهج والعمل على إدراجه في الخطة القادمة لمراحل تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير الإمكانيات المادية والظروف المناسبة في البيئات التعليمية لتطبيق هذا النوع من التعلم. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of distance learning in light of the COVID19 pandemic for students with special needs in the State of Qatar from the point of view of their families and special education teachers and their attitudes towards it. The study population consisted of all workers in the field of special education and families of children with special needs for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020. The study sample consisted of (132) teachers in the field of special education and (57) families of students with special needs chosen randomly. A questionnaire that consisted of twenty items was designed to measure the effectiveness of distance learning. In addition, a scale for attitudes towards distance learning that consisted of (18) items were also used. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) in the effectiveness of distance learning in favor of workers in special education. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the number of years of experience for special education teachers in favor of those with more experience. The results showed that the attitude of workers and families of people with special needs was positive towards learning. The study recommends adopting distance learning technology in teaching and providing material capabilities and appropriate conditions in educational environments to apply this type of learning.
