هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة أهمية تطبيق معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية لمبادئ اللامدرسية لإيفان إيلتش في العملية التعليمية التعلّميّة، وقد وتكوّن مجتمع من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الأردنية الحكومية للعام الدراسي (2018-2019)، البالغ عددهم (65240) معلما ومعلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، كما استُخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة أهمية تطبيق معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية لمبادئ اللامدرسية لإيفان إيلتش في العملية التعليمية التعلمية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة أهمية تطبيق معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية لمبادئ اللامدرسية لإيفان إيلتش في العملية التعليمية التعلمية تعزى للجنس ولصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح البكالوريوس، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات. The study aims at recognizing the degree of importance of application of Ivan Ilch's extracurricular principles by primary school teachers at Jordanian public schools in the educational process. The study population consisted of all primary school teachers in Jordanian public schools for the academic year (2018-2019), whose number is (65,240) male and female teachers. A questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. A descriptive survey method was also used. The results of the study showed that the degree of importance of the application of Ivan Ilch's extra-curricular principles by primary school teachers in the Jordanian public schools in the educational process came to a high degree. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of importance of the application of basic school teachers in Jordanian public schools to Ivan Ilitch's extra-curricular principles in the educational process due to gender and in favor of males. Moreover, they showed that there were statistically significant differences according to educational qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree. (Published abstract)
