تعتبر جودة التعلم من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه نظام التعليم، وفي وقتنا الحاضر أطلت التحولات الرقمية على واقعنا وأصبحت ضرورة لا يمكن الانفكاك عنها. وفي هذا البحث سيتم تسليط الضوء على أهمية وجود المعلم الفعال المتمكن علميا وعمليا وتقنيا، المتصف بالدافعية للإنجاز والشغف لنقل الخبرات وتقويم الجهود وتحسين الواقع والرفع من الكفاءة، المواكب للتحولات الرقمية المقوّم للواقع المنطلق من الحاجات إلى التحسينات ثم إلى الابتكار والتميز، المجسد للقدرات العلمية والعملية في واقع تدريبي حقيقي تظهر نتائجه على المدى القريب والبعيد، وأن من اتصف بهذه الصفات من المعلمين له الأثر البالغ في تحقيق جودة التعلم، وتحقيق الموازنة بينه وبين التحديات الرقمية في هذا العصر. علاوة على ذلك يظهر من خلال هذا البحث أن نقل الدافعية والرغبة في الإنجاز وتقويم الواقع والخبرات ما هي الا مهارات يمكن تدريب الطالب عليها والوصول إلى أفضل النتائج والاهداف المطلوبة على الصعيد العلمي والعملي والقيمي. وأن استغلال الحصة الدراسية في ذلك من أهم الاستثمارات في تحقيق جودة التعلم والنهوض به. The quality of learning is considered one of the most prominent challenges facing the educational system. In today's world, digital transformations have become an integral part of our reality and a necessity that can no longer be overlooked. This research highlights the importance of having an effective teacher- one who is scientifically, practically, and technologically competent, driven by a strong motivation for achievement, passionate about transferring knowledge, evaluating efforts, improving current practices, and enhancing efficiency. Such a teacher is one who keeps pace with digital transformations, assesses the current situation, and moves from identifying needs to implementing improvements, and ultimately, to achieving innovation and excellence. This type of teacher embodies both scientific and practical capabilities in real training contexts, with tangible results evident in both the short and long term. Teachers who possess these qualities play a significant role in ensuring the quality of learning and balancing it against the digital challenges of the modern era. Moreover, the research reveals that motivation, the desire to achieve, and the ability to assess reality and experiences are skills that can be cultivated in students, ultimately leading to optimal academic, practical, and value-based outcomes. Utilizing classroom time to foster these skills is among the most valuable investments in achieving and advancing the quality of learning. (Published abstract)
