هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لميثاق أخلاقيات تطبيقات أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. ولتحقيق ذلك، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه: الوثائقي، والمسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من خبراء التربية وخبراء الذكاء الاصطناعي من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمهتمين بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وأخلاقياته، واختيروا عن طريق العينة القصدية، وعينة كرة الثلج. وتوصل البحث إلى: تصنيف أخلاقيات تطبيقات أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم إلى أخلاقيات: (الأفراد، والمطورين، وتطبيقات أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخلاقي). وتصنيف قضاياه إلى قضايا ناتجة عن: (العملية التعليمية، والعمليات الإدارية، ومطوري الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته). وتمحورت متطلبات الأخلاقيات إلى متطلبات: (تعليمية، وإنسانية، وتقنية، وتنظيمية، وبيئية). والكشف عن (54) معيار لبناء ميثاق أخلاقيات تطبيقات أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم. وتقديم تصورا مقترحا لميثاق أخلاقيات تطبيقات أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. The study aimed to a propose perception for an ethical charter for the applications of artificial intelligence systems in education at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Through the contemporary global trends. The study used a descriptive method in two approaches: a documentary, and a survey. The study sample consisted of education experts and artificial intelligence experts, including faculty members and individuals interested in artificial intelligence and its ethics. They were selected through purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques using a Delphi method. The study reached a set of important findings, the ethics of artificial intelligence system applications in education were categorized into ethics related to individuals, developers, and applications of ethical artificial intelligence systems. The issues were classified as issues arising from the educational process, administrative processes, and developers and applications of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, the ethical requirements focused on educational, humanistic, technological, organizational, and environmental requirements. and the study revealed 54 criteria for building an ethical charter for artificial intelligence system applications in education. and the study presented a proposed perception for a charter of ethics for applications of artificial intelligence systems in education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Through the contemporary global trends.
