هدف البحث إلى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي لمفهوم وتطوير لنظرية التعلم الاتصالية، وبيان دلالتها في عملية التعلم في العصر الرقمي، إسهامات نظرية الاتصالية في تعزيز التعلم المفتوح للكبار، وكذلك تحديد تحديات وفرص تطبيق نظرية الاتصالية في التعلم المفتوح للكبار، اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي القائم على مراجعة واستخلاص الموضوعات لتحقيق هذه الأهداف من مصادر الأدبيات السابقة العربية والأجنبية ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك المقالات والكتب من محركات البحث، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن النظرية الاتصالية تمثل إطارًا تربويًا حديثًا يركز على التعلم عبر الشبكات الرقمية والتواصل الفعال، مما يعزز التفاعل وتدفق المعلومات، وأن النظرية الاتصالية أساسية في التعلم الرقمي، حيث تدعم بناء شبكات التعلم الشخصية، وتعزز الاستقلالية وإدارة المعرفة. وأشارت النتائج أن للنظرية الاتصالية دورًا كبيراً في التعليم المفتوح للكبار وذلك بتمكين المتعلمين الكبار من بناء شبكات تعلم مرنة تربط بين الموارد الرقمية والبشرية، وتمثل أهم تطبيقات نظرية التعلم الاتصالية في التعليم المفتوح للكبار الدورات التدريبية المفتوحة (MOOCs)، والشبكات الشخصية للتعلم، والتعلم التعاوني، وبيئات التعلم الرقمية، وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود تحديات في تطبيق النظرية الاتصالية في التعليم المفتوح للكبار، تمثلت في الفجوة الرقمية وصعوبة الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا، وافتقار بعض المتعلمين الكبار إلى المهارات الرقمية اللازمة للتفاعل في البيئة الرقمية، وحاجة الكبار إلى التوجيه الذاتي. The research aimed to define the conceptual framework for the concept and development of the theory of communicative learning, and to clarify its significance in the learning process in the digital age, the contributions of the theory of communicative learning in promoting open learning for adults, as well as identifying the challenges and opportunities for applying the theory of communicative learning in open learning for adults. The research relied on the descriptive analytical research method based on reviewing and extracting topics to achieve these goals from previous relevant Arabic and foreign literature sources, including articles and books from search engines. The research results showed that the theory of communicative learning represents a modern educational framework that focuses on learning through digital networks and effective communication, which enhances interaction and information flow, and that the theory of communicative learning is essential in digital learning, as it supports the construction of personal learning networks, enhances independence and knowledge management, and the results indicated that the theory of communicative learning has a major role in open education for adults by enabling adult learners to build flexible learning networks that link digital and human resources. The most important applications of the theory of communicative learning in open education for adults are open training courses (MOOCs), personal learning networks, collaborative learning, and digital learning environments. The research results revealed the existence of challenges in applying the theory of communicative learning. In open education for adults, the digital gap and difficulty in accessing technology, and the lack of digital skills for some adult learners to interact in the digital environment, and the need for adults to be self-directed.
