The study aimed to identify the administrative obstacles facing the academic outstanding students. And the level of their academic adjustment To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive and associative curriculum was used, and the researcher developed the study tools(disability identification and academic adaptation identification) the study community amounted to (1785) students. And the study sample size was (357) students, from the seventh to the tenth grade for the academic year 2022-2023, the study has reached a set of results, most notably that administrative obstacles, came with medium degree, with regard to the level of academic adaptation was high of academically outstanding students a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the establishment of centers specialized in psychological and educational counselling in educational institutions, concerned with academically outstanding students to provide therapeutic and diagnostic programs according to the needs of academically outstanding students and their behavioral characteristics.
