هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن نسبة انتشار السلوك التنمري الإلكتروني لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية والفروق فيه وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس والمرحلة الدراسية. وكذلك معرفة أسباب هذا السلوك وسبل التغلب عليه. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (4475) طالب وطالبة منهم (2391) طالباً و (2084) طالبة اختيروا بالطريقة القصدية من المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وطبقت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأظهرت النتائج أن نسبة انتشار السلوك التنمري الإلكتروني جاءت على النحو الآتي: (26%) متنمر، و(23.1%) ضحية، و(21.7%) متنمر ضحية، و(29.3%) لم أمارس ولم أتعرض. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الفئات المشاركة بالسلوك التنمري الإلكتروني لصالح الذكور في كل من فئات متنمر وضحية ومتنمر ضحية، في حين كانت الإناث أقل ممارسة وتعرضاً للسلوك التنمري الإلكتروني، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية في الفئات المشاركة بالسلوك التنمري الإلكتروني. The present study aimed at revealing the prevalence of cyber bullying behavior among students in governmental schools and the differences in it according to gender variables and the school stage. As well as to know the reasons for this behavior and ways to overcome it. The study sample consisted of four thousand and four hundred and seventy-five male and female students, including two thousand and three hundred and ninety one male students and two thousand and eighty-four female students were selected in the purposive sample way from the middle and secondary government schools in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The analytical survey method using the questionnaire was used. The results showed that the prevalence of Cyber bullying was as follows: (26%) bully, (23.1%) victim, (21.7%) bully victim, and (29.3%) did not practice and did not exposed. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the categories involved in the cyber bullying behavior in favor of males in both bully, victim and victimized bullying categories, while females were less practicing and subjected to cyber bullying behavior. The results showed no differences due to the variable of the study stage in the categories involved in the cyber bullying behavior. (Published abstract)
