هدف هذا البحث شبه التجريبي إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج معرفي سلوكي لتنشيط المناعة النفسية لدى شباب الجامعة لمواجهة الشائعات الإلكترونية بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (70) طالباً جامعياً، تم تقسيمهم عشوائياً في مجموعتين: أحدهما تجريبية (ن=35)، والأخرى ضابطة (ن=35)، طُبق عليهم مقياس المناعة النفسية للشائعات الإلكترونية (إعداد الباحث) في القياس القبلي والبعدي، كما طُبقت المعالجة التجريبية "البرنامج المعرفي السلوكي" للبحث على المجموعة التجريبية فقط دون الضابطة، وتم تحليل البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام اختبار "ت" للفروق بين مجموعتين مستقلتين، واختبار "ت" للفروق بين مجموعتين مرتبطتين، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى فعالية البرنامج في تنمية المناعة النفسية للشائعات الإلكترونية بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الشباب الجامعي في ضوء نموذج (SASC). This quasi-experimental research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral program to stimulate the psychological immunity among university youth to coping with the electronic rumors on social media sites. The research sample (n=70 university students) was randomly divided into experimental group (35 participants), and control group (35 participants), the psychological immunity against electronic rumors scale was conducted in the pre-test and post-test measurement, the experimental treatment "the cognitive-behavioral program" was applied for the experimental group only without the control. Data were analyzed statistically by T (test), results showed the effectiveness of the study program in the development of psychological immunity of electronic rumors in the social networking sites in the light of the SASC model.
