The study aimed at investigating the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Ajloun Secondary Schools and its relationship to the teacher’s achievement from their perspective, using the descriptive-correlational approach. For this purpose, two tools were developed to measure the application of TQM and the achievement level, and its validity and reliability were verified the study sample consisted of (180) male and female teachers who were chosen by the cluster random method. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive correlation between the application of total quality management and teachers' achievement. and that the degree of application of total quality management in their schools was average in all fields. The results also showed that the level of achievement of male and female secondary school teachers in Ajloun Governorate from their point of view was high, finally the result indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) of applying quality management or teacher achievement in Ajloun Secondary Schools, attributed to the educational qualification, experience and gender variables.
